My story
I started young, and I started by failing. My first ecommerce brand, at 19, took money I did not really have, some of it my father's. I lost it. All of it. It was humiliating, and it is the most useful thing that ever happened to me.
It left me stuck on one question. Why does one dollar of ad spend come back as three, and the next one just vanish? I could not let it go. So I went and learned the answer in the only place you cannot fake it, with real budgets and real money on the line.
I joined an agency and outgrew people who had been there for years. I broke records, managed $3M and more in ad spend, and helped generate $50M and more in revenue. With my team I took a fashion retailer and a marketplace into new countries, and learned exactly where international growth breaks.
Now I do that directly for brands. Not as a faceless agency, but as the person who looks at your numbers with you and helps every dollar turn into profit you can predict.
How I think
I treat every dollar like my own. If I would not spend it, I will not spend yours.
